Structural adjustment policies (SAP) are loans from the International Monetary Fund( IMF) given to a nation who receives that loan with certain conditions. Nations are demanded to follow these conditions for approval of the loan.
Some of the conditions commonly are:
-cutting social expenditures
-devaling currencies against the dollar
-lifting import and export restrictions
-balancing budgets and not overspending
-removing price controls and state subsidies

Hong Nin Savings Bank

Hong Nin Savings Bank (traditional Chinese: 康年儲蓄銀行) was a bank in Hong Kong, founded in the 1930s. The bank went into administration in September 1986 following defaults on several loans related to shipping, and was taken over by the colonial Government of Hong Kong.
Hong Nin was subsequently acquired by First Pacific and became known as First Pacific Bank, now (as of 2005) a part of the Bank of East Asia.

Jonathan Douglas

Jonathan Douglas (born November 22, 1981 in Monaghan, Republic of Ireland) is an Irish football player who currently plays for Blackburn Rovers F.C. as a midfielder.
He first joined Blackburn after having been a triallist at Celtic F.C. and made his debut against West Ham United F.C. in the Worthington Cup on October 31, 2000. A cruciate ligament injury in 2001 hampered his progress, and he was out for a significant length of time, managing to make it back in early-2002.
In March 2003, he was loaned to Chesterfield F.C. for six weeks, where he played seven matches, and once again to Blackpool F.C. for three months, where he made a significant impact, playing in 16 league games and scoring three goals.
However, with Blackburn struggling in the league, he found himself returning to action on a regular basis, and shone for the team. His first Blackburn goal, at a very useful time for the team, came in a 4-3 victory over Fulham F.C.. He has since earned international caps, the first against Poland on April 28, 2004.
